Return Policy

SY The Label will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise purchased online within 21 days of the purchase date.

 Overview:

  • All returns must be received within 21 days of the purchase date.

  • Exchanges are for the same item but in a different size.

  • Items should be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging if possible.

  • FINAL SALE items are not eligible for return or exchange. See the list below.

  • Orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.

 FINAL SALE:

  • Sale category items listed as 25% or greater

  • Any BOGO sales or promotions

  • Gift Cards

  • **Items returned in poor condition will be sent back to the customer as Final Sale**

 How to Return:

  • Email customerservice@sythelabel.com with a photo your invoice, with your full name, and order number in the email.

  • After we receive your email, we will send a return label to return the package back to us.

 How to Exchange:

  • Email customerservice@sythelabel.com with your original receipt and the item you are exchanging. Please include your invoice in your email. We’ll provide the return label.

  • Once your exchange is delivered, please allow 5 to 7 business days for the new size request to be processed and shipped. You will be sent an email confirmation to the email address that was used when the order was placed.

**If you request an exchange and it’s out-of-stock you will be issued a refund if that item will not be restocked.**
