Return Policy

Workery Apparel will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise purchased online within 14 days of the purchase date. If returned after 14 days of receiving the item, we will not issue a refund.

Overview:

All returns must be received within 14 days of the purchase date.
Exchanges are for the same item but in a different size.
Items should be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging if possible.
FINAL SALE items are not eligible for return or exchange. See the list below.
Orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.

Sale category items listed as 25% or greater

**Items returned in poor condition will be sent back to the customer as Final Sale**

How to Return:

Email customerservice@workeryapparel.com with a photo your invoice, with your full name, and order number in the email.
After we receive your email, we will send a return label to return the package back to us.

How to Exchange:

Email customerservice@workeryapparel.com with your original receipt and the item you are exchanging. Please include your invoice in your email. We’ll provide the return label.
Once your exchange is delivered, please allow 5 to 7 business days for the new size request to be processed and shipped. You will be sent an email confirmation to the email address that was used when the order was placed.

With a master’s degree in Fashion Merchandising and years of experience in college athletics as a Marketing Director, I embarked on a mission to revolutionize workwear for women. Managing all-male teams provided a keen understanding of the challenges women face in professional settings. I started down the path of designing my own wardrobe which quickly made me realize that there is comfort in confidence. I have tested and fine-tuned each piece in this collection to provide ideal fit for active women, sustainable fabrics, flexibility in wear and optimal comfort no matter where you work so you can truly OWN YOUR WORK.
